This was my first time buying a car and honestly I can’t imagine it being any easier than cape cod carz made it. Everyone working there is so sweet and you can tell they genuinely care about their work. Very quick and efficient service and a special thank you to Victoria and Christina who were the most helpful and nicest people ever. Would definitely recommend this place they are awesome!

My Daughter and I visited Cape Cod Carz on Saturday after delivery from another company fell through at the very last minute. She needed a car on short notice leaving us in a bad spot as a buyer. We arrived to look at a particular car that unfortunately was sold. Kristina helped us find a car that met our buying criteria. She was extremely friendly and patient through the process. All our questions were answered and any concerns addressed. We left with a deal on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. It's so rare nowadays to find a business that is friendly and trust worthy. If you're in the market for a used car please give them a shot first. Thank you Kristina and Victoria.

I recommend Cape Cod Carz to everyone, mainly because of their work style. Although I didn't buy a car from them, I was impressed by their professionalism and speed. Let me explain further: I helped a friend buy a car from this company, a 2016 Prius. But what impressed me? 1. They have people who speak Portuguese and Spanish, meaning they always focus on direct and clear communication with the customer, regardless of the language they speak. This demonstrates the honesty of their clear language to avoid misunderstandings and unpleasantness that could arise, as most of the time the customer doesn't have a thorough command of English. 2. Their honesty, clarity, and speed: They don't "string" the customer along with sales techniques, which are often techniques that mask the reality of the deal. 3. They are fast, proving that "time is money." So, if you want a clean, smooth, and fast transaction, Cape Cod Carz is the place to go. The only obstacle will be your indecision about which car to choose. I especially want to thank them for welcoming me with politeness and respect, even though they knew I wasn't buying a car but was simply there to assist the person who was. They treated me spectacularly, without objection or harshness. Fabiola is the person responsible for making everything happen. Contact her whenever you need help, especially if you speak Portuguese. She's the best. She's direct and objective, and does what's necessary to make the deal happen. As I said before, the only real problem you'll have is your own indecision about choosing a car from their inventory. Thank you Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. and Fabiola for your professionalism in this business and for your service to everyone without distinction. It was a pleasure to meet you and I will certainly visit you again. If not by helping people, it will probably be by buying a car. Recomendo a Cape Cod Carz à todos, principalmente pela forma de trabalho deles, embora eu nao tenha comprado carro com eles, fiquei impressionado com o profissionalismo e rapidez no negocio. Vou explicar melhor, eu auxiliei uma amiga na compra de um carro nessa empresa, era um Prius 2016. Mas o que me impressionou? 1. Eles terem pessoas que falam portugues e espanhol, ou seja, pensa sempre na comunicacao direta e clara com o cliente, independentemente da lingua que o cliente fale, o que prova a honestidade da linguagen clara para que nao hajam desentendimentos e dissabores que pudessem a ocorrer, deviddo na maioria das vezes o cliente nao domina com exatidao o ingles; 2. A honestidade, clareza e rapidez: Eles nao ficam “enrolando” o cliente com tecnicas de vendas que na maioria das vezes sao tecnicas que maquiam a realidade do negocio; 3. Sao rapidos, provando que “tempo é dinheiro”. Entao, se vc quiser uma negociacao limpa, tranquila e rapida, a Cape Cod Carz é o lugar certo. Único impecilio será a sua indecisao pelo qual carro escolherá. Em especial, quero deixar o meu agradecimento, por eles me receberem com educacao e respeito, mesmo sabendo que eu nao iria comprar um carro mas estava ali apenas para auxiliar a pessoa que iria comprar, e mesmo assim me trataram espetacularmente, sem objecoes ou truculencias. Fabiola é a pessoa responsavel por tudo acontecer, quando precisarem, entrem em contato com ela, principalmente se vc falar portugues, ela é a melhor, ela é direta e objetiva, faz o necessario para o negocio acontecer, como eu disse anteriormente, o unico problema que vc terá realmente será sua propria indecisao em escolher um carro do estoque deles. Obrigado Rick Sr e Rick Jr e Fabiola pelo profissionalismo neste ramo de negocio e pelo atendimento para com todos indistintamente, foi um prazer conhece-los e certamente voltarei a visita-los, se nao for auxiliando pessoas provavelmente sera comprando algum carro.
